CLEAR LAKE INVESTMENT CLUB, LLC is a group of real estate investors ranging from beginners to advanced. The objective of the club is to create a network of investors that can assist each other in successful real estate investing. The monthly meetings will discuss financing, tax strategies, and investment opportunities, with knowledgeable speakers on these and other subjects.

We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting at AMERICAN TITLE COMPANY located at 1325 Space Park Drive in the Clear Lake Area.

To reach Space Park Drive from I-45 and NASA Rd, drive east on NASA Rd. until you reach the Holiday Inn on NASA Parkway, turn right at that light and go one one block south. Turn left on Space Park Drive and American Title will be located on your left hand side.

NOTE 1 - If you cannot find a parking spot in front of their building, there is a large parking lot across the street.

NOTE 2 - There is a Starbucks behind the American Title Company building for those who wish to bring their coffee.
